一、经济责任制概念经济责任制是一种现代化管理方法,是实行按劳分配,正确处理责、权、利三者关系的手段.因此,从广义上讲,经济责任制是以提高企业经济效益为目的,实行责、权、利紧密结合的企业经营管理制度.从狭义上讲,经济责任制是明确各级责任和义务,调整各级经济关系的一种激励手段.通过分析经济责任制的含义,可以认为,经济责任制是企业为达到经营目标而制订的管理制度.企业可根据自身特点,运用经济责任制的特性,设计和制订一套经济责任制实施方案,并通过一系列的保证措施,激励企业各部门向既定目标努力,最终保证企业整体目标的实现.
