对中度高原地区(海拔2260m)肺心病患者血中丙二醛(MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性进行了测定,并与正常同龄人作对照。结果显示:肺心病患者血中MDA含量明显增高(P<0.01),SOD活性明显降低,(P<0.01)。提示中度高原地区肺心病患者体内存在着自由基代谢失衡。
The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the blood of patients with cor pulmonale at moderate altitude (2260 m above sea level) were measured and compared with normal peers. The results showed that the content of MDA in blood of patients with pulmonary heart disease was significantly increased (P <0.01), and the activity of SOD was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Prompted the presence of free radical metabolism imbalance in patients with pulmonary heart disease in moderate highland.
