介绍新型材料钢结硬质合金,它是以碳化物(TiC、WC或TiC—WC)为硬质相、合金钢为粘结剂,具有合金钢和硬质合金的优点。由于硬质相碳化物硬度高,能耐高温,使钢结硬质合金有较好的耐磨削性和红硬性;再者由于以钢基作粘结剂、切削加工和热处理。阐述了我国硬质合金的发展概况及其加工工艺,推荐了锻造工艺规程。机械加工的车、磨规范和焊接情况,并以轴承行业多年来使用硬质合金模具的实际使用情况来说明,钢结硬质合金的优点。附图10幅、表5个。
Introduced a new type of material cemented carbide, which is carbide (TiC, WC or TiC-WC) as a hard phase, alloy steel as a binder, with the advantages of alloy steel and cemented carbide. Due to the high hardness of hard phase carbides, high temperature resistance, the steel bonded carbide has better wear resistance and red hardness; also due to the steel-based binder, cutting and heat treatment. Described the development of China’s cemented carbide and its processing technology, recommended forging process. Mechanical processing of the car, grinding norms and welding conditions, and the bearing industry over the years using the actual use of carbide die to illustrate the advantages of carbide cemented carbide.
