研究了25SiMnMov 钢粗大原始组织(铁素体+珠光体、粒状贝氏体、板条马氏体)在快速加热条件下组织遗传现象。试验结果表明,粗大平衡组织及非平衡组织在快速加热条件下均发生组织遗传。钢中发生组织遗传并未使机械性能全面降低。特别是非平衡组织发生遗传后,仍能保持身好的强韧性,而且断裂韧性得到显著提高。
The tissue genetic phenomenon of 25SiMnMov steel was studied under the condition of rapid heating with the coarse primary structure (ferrite + pearlite, granular bainite and lath martensite). The experimental results show that the coarse balance of tissue and non-equilibrium tissue tissue under the conditions of rapid genetic heredity. Tissue inheritance in steel did not reduce overall mechanical properties. In particular, non-equilibrium organization after heredity, still able to maintain good body toughness, and fracture toughness was significantly improved.
