本文将45例原发性心肌病分为充血型(29例)、肥厚型(11例)和限制型(5例)三种类型,并就各型的 X 线表现特点及其鉴别诊断进行了讨论。作者认为 X 线平片缺乏一定的特征性,必须结合临床才能作出诊断;心血管造影对肥厚型和限制型有诊断价值;超声心动图检查对肥厚型有特殊意义;记波摄影可用于鉴别心肌病和心包疾患。
In this paper, 45 cases of primary cardiomyopathy were divided into three types of hyperemia (29 cases), hypertrophic (11 cases) and restrictive (5 cases), and each type of X-ray findings and its differential diagnosis discuss. The author believes that the lack of a certain characteristic X-ray, must be combined with clinical ability to make a diagnosis; cardiovascular angiography of hypertrophic and restrictive type have diagnostic value; echocardiography has special significance for hypertrophic type; recorded wave photography can be used to identify myocardial Diseases and pericardial disorders.
