胰腺癌是常见的胃肠道恶性肿瘤之一,发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,预后极差,1年生存率30%,5年生存率仅为3%～7%。螺旋CT增强扫描被认为是目前评价胰腺癌最常用、最准确的影像学检查方法之一。现回顾性分析26例胰腺癌患者多层螺旋CT多期扫描影像资料,评价其诊断价值。1资料与方法1.1
Pancreatic cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies. The incidence is increasing year by year. The prognosis is very poor. The 1-year survival rate is 30% and the 5-year survival rate is only 3% -7%. Spiral CT enhanced scan is considered as the most commonly used in the evaluation of pancreatic cancer, one of the most accurate imaging methods.
