对支气管引流闭塞或部分闭塞的２０例肺脓肿和２５例脓性支气管扩张患者在全身抗生素治疗的基础上加用纤支镜局部抗生素液灌洗及注入，结果２０例肺脓肿全部治愈；１５例急性者脓腔平均１５天闭合，５例慢性者脓腔平均１８．２天闭合，较未经灌洗及局部注药病例病程明显缩短。２５例脓性支扩２０例治愈，５例明显好转，平均治愈天数２２．８天，较未经灌洗及局部注药病例症状改善快，病灶吸收好，稳定期延长，复发机会少。
