五、经济体制改革(十九)农村经济体制改革。1.我国经济体制改革首先在农村取得了巨大成就。根本原因就在于大胆冲破“左”的思想束缚,改变不适应我国农业生产力发展的体制,全面推行了联产承包责任制。发挥了八亿农民的巨大的社会主义积极性。目前农村的改革还在继续发展。2.要根据农林牧副渔全面发展、农工商运综合经营的原则,正确理解和处理“无农不稳”、“无工不富”的关系,进一步调整农村产业结构,逐步实现农业经济的专业化、商品化,现代化。要引导农民关心市场变化,按照市场的需求来安排生产,使生产和社会需求互相衔接。
