Furazolidirone and nifedipine are usually formulated into preparations for the treatment of fungal infections. The analysis method first used double column or thin layer chromatography, and then UV spectrophotometry or optical density determination, but both time-consuming and sample degradation due to hydrolysis and illumination shortcomings.
