The exploration of the pension insurance system brought about by aging has also been continuously promoted. This article compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of the aging and the pension system in China, Japan and South Korea, and draws lessons from the experience of Japan and South Korea in coping with the aging and constructing the public pension system. It has important practical significance to the development and reform of the pension system in China.
