采用旱育秧和湿润育秧技术培育不育系和保持系秧苗,研究了不育系珍汕97A的繁殖技术。结果如下:(1)旱育秧秧苗矮化,分蘖迟缓,叶片生长慢,秧苗素质不如湿润育秧秧苗。(2)湿润育秧始穗期比旱育秧早2—3d,齐穗期比旱育秧早5d,始穗-齐穗历时比旱育秧短2—3d。(3)不育系湿润育秧种子产量显著高于不育系旱育秧,以不育系湿润育秧和保持系旱育秧处理的产量最高为118.3kg/667m~2。增产的主要原因是不育系湿润育秧穗型大、结实率高。
The sterile and transplanting seedlings were used to cultivate male sterile lines and maintainer lines. The breeding technology of sterile line Zhenshan 97A was studied. The results are as follows: (1) dry nursery seedlings dwarfing, tillering slow, slow leaf growth, seedling quality as wet seedling seedlings. (2) The wetting seedling was 2-3 days earlier than the dry seedling at heading stage, 5 days earlier than the dry seedling at full heading stage. (3) The yield of wet seedling of sterile line was significantly higher than that of male sterile line of sterile line, the highest yield of 118.3kg / 667m ~ 2 with moist seedling and maintainer of sterile line. The main reason for the increase in yield is that the male sterile lines are large in seedling yield and high in seed setting.
