一、前言在长期的生产实践中,人们在硬铝合金的小型槽型类型材模设计上作了大量的工作,但都未能很好地解决该类型材因宽向尺寸超差而引起报废的这一问题.特别是随着航空事业的发展,对铝合金型材尺精度要求越来越严格,固而对挤压工艺和模具设计也提出了更新更严格的要求.目前多数厂家在模具宽向收缩量上都是采0.7%.这样,在挤压硬铝合金,特别是槽型类型材,时常发生因尺寸超差而报废的问题.为了解决这一问题,我们做了一些试验,本文将所做的试验和所取得的结果作一简要的介绍.
