通过SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、日本岛津CS-910型双波长薄层扫描仪分析正常615纯系小鼠及白血病小鼠(L7811)红细胞膜骨架蛋白及部分膜蛋白发现,L7811小鼠红细胞膜骨架蛋白带6蛋白与带7蛋白之间产生一条新的多胍,分子量为32800道尔顿。同时还发现收缩蛋白(Spectrin),带3蛋白含量明显减少。
