[目的]建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)定量测定肉类中的克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇及特布他林4种β-受体激动剂的方法。[方法]样品经β-葡萄糖醛苷酶/芳基硫酸酯酶酶解,再经SLW固相萃取柱净化后,采用UPLC-MS/MS方法测定4种β-受体激动剂。[结果]4种β-受体激动剂在0.1~20μg/L测定的范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 6),方法的检出限为0.03~0.10μg/kg(S/N=3)。在加标水平为2、5、10μg/kg时,空白样品的加标回收率为70.3%~97.1%,相对标准偏差为0.25%~4.50%。[结论]该方法分析时间短、选择性好、灵敏度高,适用于肉类中的β-受体激动剂的检测。
[Objective] To establish a method for the quantitative determination of four kinds of β-receptor agonists in human meat such as clenbuterol, ractopamine, salbutamol and terbutaline using UPLC-MS / MS . [Method] The samples were digested with β-glucuronidase / aryl sulfatase and purified with SLW solid phase extraction column. The four β-agonists were determined by UPLC-MS / MS. [Results] The linearity of the four β-agonists in the range of 0.1 ~ 20μg / L was good (r> 0.999 6). The detection limit was 0.03 ~ 0.10μg / kg (S / N = 3) . The spiked recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 70.3% to 97.1% with relative standard deviations of 0.25% -4.50% at spiked levels of 2, 5 and 10 μg / kg. [Conclusion] The method has the advantages of short analysis time, good selectivity and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the detection of beta-agonists in meat.
