对460MPa级钢采用TMCP工艺替代调质工艺进行试验研究,试验中选取3种不同厚度规格的钢板,通过TMCP和TMCP+RPC两种工艺的比较,找到最佳的生产模型,并生产出具有良好综合性能的460MPa级中厚钢板。
The 460MPa grade steel was treated by TMCP instead of quenching and tempering process. Three kinds of steel plates with different thickness were selected. By comparing TMCP and TMCP + RPC, the best production model was found, 460MPa performance of a comprehensive steel plate.
