无性繁殖是杨树育苗的主要方法之一。无论用枝插或根插都能取得较好的效果。但对8个杨树新品种的无性繁殖及苗木生长尚缺乏研究,为此于1975~1976年在南京、泗阳两地进行了试验。现将试验结果摘要报告如下: 一、试验方法 试验材料取自一年生扦插苗,分别采集苗木粗侧根(0.5厘米以上)、细侧根(0.5厘米以下)、粗条(1~3厘米的主干)、细条(0.5~1厘米的梢条或侧枝)。 扦插方式:直插,上切口与地面相平。 粗条扦插的株行距为40×50厘米,其它的均为30×40厘米。 不同扦插材料的成活率试验在大田进行,扦插成活率调查采取隔畦逐株统计,并计算其成活率。 生长量的观察在大田随机取样方三个,每月6日、16日、26日测其苗高及地径。
Asexual reproduction is one of the main methods of poplar seedling. No matter with sticks or root plug can get better results. However, there are still no studies on asexual reproduction and seedling growth of eight new poplar cultivars. Therefore, experiments were carried out in Nanjing and Siyang from 1975 to 1976.
