我院自1947至1958年经 X 线照象诊断为胃溃疡者约181例,兹根据以下标准选择其中的118例作为本文的分析材料:(1)由手术病理检查证实为良性者34例。(2)经正规的内科治疗,在数月内症状消失,体重增加者15例。其中有照象复查(?)影愈合者3例,未复查者12例。(3)病人之年龄在40岁以下,(?)影之直径小于2厘米,边缘光滑整齐,位于胃小弯侧,胃之弹力及蠕动均正常者33例。(4)(?)影周围之粘膜皱襞呈星状排列或直达病变之边缘部者36例。
Our hospital from 1947 to 1958 by X-ray diagnosis of gastric ulcer were about 181 cases, according to the following criteria to choose one of the 118 cases as the analysis of the material: (1) confirmed by surgical pathology in 34 cases of benign. (2) After formal medical treatment, symptoms disappeared within a few months, weight gain in 15 cases. Among them, there are 3 cases of image review (?) Shadow healing and 12 cases of non-review. (3) The patient’s age is below 40 years old, (?) Shadow diameter less than 2 cm, the edge of the smooth and neat, located in the lesser curvature side of the stomach, the elasticity and motility were normal in 33 cases. (4) (?) Shadow around the mucosal folds were star-shaped arrangement or direct lesions in the edge of the 36 cases.
