随着区域一体化和地区竞争崛起,大量区域公共问题的突现引发了治理模式的变迁,如何构建区域治理主体间的竞争与协同机制是提升区域整体竞争力的关键。将自组织理论和公共管理理论有效结合,以地方治理主体为对象,尝试分析区域治理系统自组织演化形成、运行及发展的内在机理,提出了地方行政系统竞争协同演化模型,并进行仿真模拟,对区域公共治理的分析框架进行创新性的思考和探索,从不同维度为公共行政和区域治理研究提供新的方向。
With the regional integration and the rise of regional competition, the emergence of a large number of regional public issues has triggered the change of governance mode. How to construct the competition and coordination mechanism among the regional governance entities is the key to enhancing the overall competitiveness of the region. By combining the theory of self-organization and public management theory effectively, this paper attempts to analyze the inner mechanism of the formation, operation and development of regional governance system self-organization evolution by taking the local governance as the object, and puts forward the competition co- evolution model of local administration system, It also provides innovative thinking and exploration of the analytical framework of public governance in the region and provides new directions for public administration and regional governance research from different dimensions.
