添加Ni对激光熔覆CuAl10铜合金组织与性能的影响

为进一步提高Cu Al10合金激光熔覆层的耐蚀性能,研究添加不同质量分数的Ni对Cu Al10熔覆层组织及性能的影响。采用HPDL-D30半导体激光设备,用同步送粉的方式在316L不锈钢基体表面进行激光熔覆。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)对激光熔覆层进行组织、成分及物相分析,并使用显微硬度计进行硬度分析和电化学工作站进行耐蚀性能分析。研究结果表明:添加Ni元素的铜合金熔覆层与基体金属冶金结合,组织分布均匀;添加Ni能显著提高激光熔覆层的耐蚀性能,随着Ni含量的增加,其耐蚀性呈增强趋势,Ni质量分数为6.0%时,耐蚀性能达到最优;未添加Ni元素的熔覆层物相主要以α-Cu,α-Fe,Al Fe3,Cu9Al4组成,添加Ni元素的熔覆层物相主要由α-Cu,α-(Cu,Ni),Al Cu3,Cu9Al4组成。 In order to further improve the corrosion resistance of Cu Al 10 alloy laser cladding layer, the effects of adding Ni with different mass fractions on the microstructure and properties of Cu Al 10 cladding layer were studied. Using HPDL-D30 semiconductor laser equipment, using synchronous powder feeding on 316L stainless steel substrate surface laser cladding. The results show that the addition of Ni can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the laser cladding layer, and the corrosion resistance of the cladding layer increases with the increase of Ni content The corrosion resistance can be optimized when the mass fraction of Ni is 6.0%. The cladding phase without Ni element mainly consists of α-Cu, α-Fe, AlFe3 and Cu9Al4, and the Ni cladding layer The phase consists mainly of α-Cu, α- (Cu, Ni), Al Cu3, Cu9Al4.
