评估了河南作物生产发展现状，分析了自然资源及作物产量潜力，阐明了限制生产发展的主要因素，指出作物生产发展初级阶段和高级阶段的技术对策。
The present situation of crop production in Henan Province was assessed. The potential of natural resources and crop yield was analyzed. The main factors limiting the development of production were clarified, and the technical measures for the primary and advanced stages of crop production were pointed out.
