阐述了利用局部信息的传统就地保护存在的问题,基于广域保护理念提出了区域预控保护的设计原则,根据设计原则构建了一套智能化区域预控保护系统,详细阐述了该系统在数字化变电站的工程实现及其在110 k V区域电网的工程实践。实际工程应用证明该系统不仅适用于传统变电站,还可适用于数字化变电站,能够满足实际电网的需求,达到了工程应用的要求。
The existing problems of traditional in-situ protection using local information are expounded. Based on the concept of wide area protection, a design principle of regional pre-control protection is proposed. Based on the design principles, a set of intelligent regional protection and control system is constructed. Engineering Implementation of Digital Substation and Its Engineering Practice in 110 k V Power System. The actual engineering application proves that the system not only applies to traditional substations, but also applies to digital substations, to meet the needs of the actual power grid, to meet the engineering requirements.
