以环氧树脂和丙烯酸为基本原料,合成环氧丙烯酸酯并进行了表征。用环氧丙烯酸酯及稀释剂、氧化剂、促进剂、阻聚剂等助剂制备出一种双组分室温快固型胶粘剂。研究了氧化剂、还原剂以及温度对环氧丙烯酸酯胶粘剂性能的影响。
Epoxy resin and acrylic acid as the basic raw materials, epoxy acrylate was synthesized and characterized. With epoxy acrylate and diluent, oxidizer, accelerator, inhibitor and other additives to prepare a two-component room temperature fast-curing adhesive. The effects of oxidants, reductants and temperature on the properties of epoxy acrylate adhesives were investigated.
