随着网络的迅速发展,人类文明逐渐进入了信息时代。然而,随之出现的青少年网络犯罪问题也引起了社会各界的密切关注和高度重视。本文拟从探讨我国青少年网络犯罪的概念、特点、意义出发,归纳我国青少年网络犯罪的现状、特征,并在全面分析我国青少年网络犯罪原因的基础上,提出了多管齐下、综合治理的防控措施,以期对有效防治我国青少年网络犯罪,推动计算机网络建设,起到积极的作用。
With the rapid development of the Internet, human civilization has gradually entered the information age. However, the ensuing problems of juvenile cybercrime have also drawn the close attention and attention of all sectors of society. Based on the concept, characteristics and significance of exploring the juvenile cybercrime in our country, this paper summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the cybercrime in adolescents in our country. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the causes of juvenile cybercrime in our country, this paper proposes a multi-pronged and integrated Control measures, with a view to the effective prevention and treatment of China’s youth cybercrime, to promote computer network construction, play a positive role.
