本文研究了经凝胶层析分离的三种不同分子量妇血宁组分的抗炎活性,其中分子量1万以下二个组分(F_2~-F_3)有抗大鼠蛋清性足肿胀作用(P<0.05)。妇血宁500mg/Kg,ip对去肾上腺大鼠的蛋清性足肿胀无明显影响(P<0.05)。大鼠ip妇血宁50mg/l g之后,肾上腺中维生素C的含量降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,妇血宁组分中的分子量较小的多肽有抗炎活性,妇血宁的抗炎作用与肾上腺皮质有关,呈促肾上腺皮质的作用。妇血宁系猪料动物猪Sus scrofadomestica Srisson 蹄甲碱提取的生化药物,临床主要用于治疗妇女功能性出血症。作者曾报道了妇血宁对多种炎症动物模型的抗炎作用,妇血宁不仅对组胺、醋酸,蛋清诱发的急性渗出型炎症有效,而且抑制棉球刺激引起的慢性增生型炎症。本文对妇血宁不同组分的抗炎活性和妇血宁的抗炎机理进行了探讨,现报告如下:
In this paper, the anti-inflammatory activity of three different molecular weights of Fuxuening composition separated by gel chromatography was studied. The two components with molecular weight of 10,000 or less (F_2~-F_3) had anti-rats’ egg white foot swelling effect (P). <0.05). Fiffusion of 500mg/Kg and ip had no significant effect on the swelling of egg adrenal in rats (P<0.05). After the rats were given IP 50mg/l g, the content of vitamin C in adrenal glands was decreased (P<0.05). The results showed that the lower molecular weight peptides in the FZ blood component had anti-inflammatory activity, and the anti-inflammatory effect of FZ blood was related to the adrenal cortex, and it was an adrenocortical effect. Fuxue Shenning is a biochemical drug extracted from swine feed pig Sus scrofadomestica Srisson cinerine. It is mainly used to treat functional hemorrhagic disease in women. The authors have reported on the anti-inflammatory effects of Fuxuening on various animal models of inflammation. Fuxuetin is not only effective against acute exudative inflammation induced by histamine, acetic acid, and egg white, but also inhibits chronic proliferative inflammation caused by cotton ball stimulation.
