现在,不少企业都在积极开展ISO9000质量体系认证工作。其中一些企业在贯标中还推行零缺陷质量管理。然而,由于贯彻力度、运作方法等原因,实际效果相差很大。这种情形告诉我们:从理论上构建一个管理体系可能并不太难,难的是在实际工作中寻找一个好的运作方法,并施之以强大的力度,使主观与客观、形式与内容、动机与效果有机地统一起来,从而最大地发挥体系的效能,使我们所追求的目标得以实现。本文拟就零缺陷质量管理的运作方法等问题提出一些初浅的思考,期望与大家共同探讨。
