饲料中添加10%~50%不同水平的芜萍粉对泥鳅的生长及生产性能的影响。试验结果表明:日粮中添加芜萍粉,泥鳅的成活率、日增质量和相对生长率均高于对照组,20%组、30%组、40%组与对照组相比差异显著;30%组各项生长指标均优于其他试验组,其日增质量和相对生长率分别是对照组的1.22和1.24倍,成活率比对照组提高10%;芜萍粉添加量超过40%时,蛋白质效率降低,饲料系数升高。芜萍对泥鳅的含肉率和内脏比均产生明显的影响,在10%~50%的含量范围内,含肉率与芜萍添加量呈正相关性,相关回归方程为Y1=0.037 6X1+71.53,R=0.932 2,相关性极显著;内脏比与芜萍添加量呈负相关性,相关回归方程为Y2=-0.040 8X2+10.57,R=-0.963 9,相关性极显著。
