历经几千年的发展变化,师道尊严作为传统的师生关系理念,其内涵不断丰富对中国传统社会产生过极其深远的影响。讲究师道尊严一直是中国文化传统,但随着社会的进步和经济的发展,师道尊严的内涵也在不断的演化。本文反思师道尊严的历史传统,着眼师道尊严的现实影响,分析师道尊严的现状以及存在的问题,努力探讨与高校素质教育相适应的新型师生关系的内容方法,从而更好地促进新型师生关系的建构。
After several thousand years of development and changes, as a traditional concept of teacher-student relationship, the dignity of teachers and students has an extremely profound influence on the traditional Chinese society. Pay attention to the dignity of teachers has always been the Chinese cultural tradition, but with the social progress and economic development, the connotation of teachers and dignity is also constantly evolving. This article reflects on the historical tradition of teacher’s dignity, looks at the realistic influence of teacher’s dignity, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of teacher’s dignity, strives to explore the content method of new teacher-student relationship that is compatible with the quality-oriented education in colleges and universities so as to better promote Construction of a new type of teacher-student relationship.
