民族地区定居点的建设如何与乡村旅游结合,带动当地居民脱贫致富,是保持民族地区社会稳定,促进民族地区经济繁荣的重要课题。本文以四川省北川县灾后定居点重建为例,从土地利用、住宅布局、旅游服务功能、乡村旅游开发等方面分析了民族地区定居点建设和发展乡村旅游的关系,提出了民族地区定居点建设与乡村旅游相结合,社区广泛参与的旅游可持续发展道路。
How the construction of settlements in the minority areas combine with rural tourism and promote local residents to get out of poverty and become prosperous is an important issue for maintaining the social stability in ethnic areas and promoting the economic prosperity of ethnic areas. Taking the reconstruction of Beichuan county after the disaster as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction of settlements and the development of rural tourism from the aspects of land use, residential layout, tourism service function and rural tourism development, and puts forward some suggestions on the settlement construction of settlements in ethnic minority areas Combined with rural tourism, the community is widely involved in the road of sustainable development of tourism.
