国家自然科学基金委员会于2003年7月22日在哈尔滨工业大学组织了对国家自然科学基金重点资助项目“微纳米加工表层形成机理及相关技术基础”(59835180)的验收会。验收组听取了课题组所作的研究汇报,进行了实地考察,经认真讨论后一致认为:自项目实施以来,项目组围绕着纳米加工表面形成机理、纳米表层形貌及性能的有关检测理论与方法、纳米表面质量与加工工艺条件及参数间关系、加工表面质量的控制及预报,以及相关的技术进行了较系统的深入研究,研究工作取得下列创新性成果:
On July 22, 2003, NSFC organized an acceptance meeting for the project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, “Surface Forming Mechanism and Related Technical Basis of Micro and Nano-Fabrication” (59835180) at the Harbin Institute of Technology. The inspection team listened to the research reports made by the research group and conducted site visits. After careful discussion, they agreed that since the implementation of the project, the project team has revolved around the formation mechanism of nanofabrication surfaces, the detection theory and methods of nanometer surface topography and properties , Nano-surface quality and processing conditions and parameters of the relationship between the control of surface quality and forecasting, and related technologies conducted a more systematic and in-depth study of the following innovative achievements:
