目的:运用树脂结合根管钉内置固位方法治疗顽固性事物嵌塞,并研究其有效性。方法:选取我院在2013年7、8月份收治的顽固性食物嵌塞患者20例(病牙例数20对),树脂内置固位装置采用根管钉,进行由于食物嵌塞产生的病牙的连接和封闭操作,同时对患者的恢复情况进行3个月、6个月的跟踪随访。结果:患者在治疗后的3个月恢复良好的有16对,6个月后较好恢复的患者18对,只有2对患牙出现树脂脱落现象。结论:采用光敏复合树脂结合根管钉内置固位填充法治疗顽固性食物嵌塞具有非常好的治疗效果,大部分患者不需要二次复诊,治疗后磨牙现象减少,是一种治疗顽固性食物嵌塞的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To treat intractable incarceration with resin-based root canal nail fixation and study its effectiveness. Methods: Twenty patients with intractable food impaction (20 pairs of diseased teeth) admitted to our hospital in July and August 2013 were selected.
