自2005年9月23日国务院办公厅转发建设部等部门关于优先发展城市公共交通意见(国办发[2005]46号)以来,涉及公交优先的各个方面开始在和谐的氛围中被推进,政府、部门、企业都在悉心实施这项社会系统工程,初露端倪的公交优先实惠也开始为百姓所察觉与感触。本刊由此采撷其中之亮点,作为“公交优先亮点关注”话题起首,以期引玉,请广大读者参与互动,共同为城市公共交通优先发展助威造势。(将发生在身边的、听到和看到的关于公交优先的实事或感触撰写成文,投至本刊“编读互动”栏目,并请注明“公交优先亮点关注”。)
Since September 23, 2005, the State Council General Office forward the views of the Ministry of Construction and other departments on giving priority to the development of urban public transport (Guo Ban Fa [2005] No. 46), various aspects concerning bus priority have been pushed forward in a harmonious atmosphere.
