用数值模拟研究了不同进口管道对离心压气机性能的影响.计算模型包括进口管道、离心叶轮、无叶扩压器、蜗壳和出口管道.计算结果表明,不同的进口管道导致离心压气机的实际性能曲线明显变化.当进口管道较长和直径较小时,其对应的压比和效率较低,堵塞流量较小,这是因为进口管道改变了进口处的攻角条件.如果比较压气机的折合性能,则进口管道的影响相对较小,但当进口管道较长以及直径较小时,对应的折合堵塞流量仍然较小.
The influence of different inlet pipes on the performance of centrifugal compressor is studied by numerical simulation.The calculation model includes inlet pipe, centrifugal impeller, vaneless diffuser, volute and outlet pipe.The calculation results show that different inlet pipes lead to centrifugal compressor The actual performance curve changes significantly.When the inlet pipe is longer and the diameter is smaller, the corresponding pressure ratio and efficiency are lower, and the clogging flow rate is smaller because the inlet pipe changes the angle of attack at the inlet. Equivalent performance, the impact of the import pipeline is relatively small, but when the import pipeline is longer and smaller diameter, the corresponding equivalent plug flow is still small.
