目的探讨各型胆囊癌CT影像学特点和诊断方法 ,总结胆囊癌的CT诊断经验。方法回顾性分析44例经手术和(或)病理活检证实胆囊癌患者的临床以及影像学资料。结果浸润型10例,肿块型26例,腔内型8例;CT分期:Ⅰ期6例、Ⅱ期18例、Ⅲ期12例、Ⅳ期8例。结论 CT是胆囊癌的主要诊断手段之一,对于胆囊癌的临床分期以及评估预后具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the features and diagnostic methods of CT in various types of gallbladder cancer and summarize the experience of CT diagnosis of gallbladder cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 44 cases of gallbladder cancer confirmed by surgery and / or pathological biopsy clinical and imaging data. Results There were 10 infiltrating type, 26 mass type and 8 intracavitary type. CT staging was 6 cases in stage Ⅰ, 18 cases in stage Ⅱ, 12 cases in stage Ⅲ and 8 cases in stage Ⅳ. Conclusion CT is one of the main diagnostic methods for gallbladder carcinoma, which is of great significance for the clinical stage and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
