采用液 -液分配色谱等方法对海洋生物——被囊类动物进行萃取分离 ,得到不同组分的活性提取物 (以下称 HQS) ,主要观察 HQS中一种组分 (简称 HQS- V)对免疫低下小鼠部分免疫功能指标的影响。通过环磷酰胺造成小鼠免疫功能低下 ,HQS- V按每日 10 0、2 0 0、40 0 mg·kg-1分成 3组。结果显示 10 0 mg· kg-1及 2 0 0 mg· kg-1两组对免疫抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能影响更明显 (模型组 A值为 0 .0 70± 0 .0 15,10 0 mg·kg-1组 0 .4 17± 0 .184 ,2 0 0 mg· kg-1组 0 .34 8± 0 .145,4 0 0 mg·kg-1组 0 .168± .0 12 0 ) ,而对脾 T淋巴细胞增殖功能的促进作用方面显示 :2 0 0 mg·kg-1及 4 0 0 mg·kg-1两组的作用较 10 0 mg·kg-1组更明显 (模型组 A值为 0 .0 2 6± 0 .0 15,2 0 0 mg·kg-1组0 .0 82± 0 .0 15,4 0 0 mg·kg-1组 0 .10 4± 0 .0 2 5) ,在统计学上有显著性意义。研究提示渤、黄海海域内被囊类动物具有良好地抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用 ,这将为新一代抗肿瘤、抗病毒海洋生物新药研制奠定良好的理论物质基础。

The study suggests that tunicates in the sea areas of the Yellow Sea and the Yellow Sea have good anti-tumor and immune regulation effects, which will lay a good theoretical basis for the development of a new generation of new anti-tumor and anti-virus marine organisms.
