采用应力控制模式,对不同硫磺掺量(0%、30%、35%、40%)的马歇尔试件进行间接拉伸疲劳试验,使用CCD相机跟踪采集试验过程中的试件疲劳破坏的全过程,利用数字图像相关技术(DIC)和matlab处理试件变形前后中心区域和局部胶浆区域的位移场和应变场,从而研究硫改性沥青混合料的疲劳断裂性能。结果表明:硫磺掺入对沥青混合料的疲劳断裂性能有一定的提高,其中硫磺掺量为35%对沥青混合料的疲劳断裂性能有显著作用,疲劳性能提高3.61倍,硫磺掺量为40%时,疲劳性能提高约2倍,疲劳性能相对35%掺量下降约40%;沥青混合料的疲劳断裂性能取决于沥青胶浆和胶浆与粗集料的界面特性。
Indirect tensile fatigue tests were performed on Marshall specimens with different sulfur contents (0%, 30%, 35%, 40%) using a stress control mode. The entire process of fatigue failure during the specimen collection was tracked using a CCD camera , The displacement field and strain field in the central area and the local cement area before and after the deformation of specimen were processed by Digital Image Correlation (DIC) and matlab to study the fatigue fracture behavior of sulfur-modified asphalt mixture. The results show that sulfur incorporation improves the fatigue fracture properties of asphalt mixtures. The sulfur content of 35% has a significant effect on the fatigue fracture properties of asphalt mixtures, with the fatigue properties increasing by 3.61 times and the sulfur content being 40% , Fatigue performance increased by about 2 times and fatigue performance decreased by 40% relative to 35%. The fatigue fracture behavior of asphalt mixture depends on the interface characteristics between asphalt mortar and mortar and coarse aggregate.
