通过对高等级公路养护管理特点的分析,指出现阶段我国高等级公路养护管理存在的问题,借鉴发达国家在公路养护管理方面的先进经验,从体制改革、法规建设、技术管理、养护机械化等方面,对我国高等级公路养护管理发展提出合理对策。
