试验以IE8515-28(77(2)春品种的胚培后代)14个早熟株系的IE5代植株为材料,观察植株后代花粉粒育性.结果表明.小麦未熟胚离体培养后所产生的后代,结实均表现正常,但在成熟花粉粒育性观察中发现空瘪、小型以及多萌发孔等畸形花粉粒.而且不同株系各种异常花粉粒所占比例不同.说明胚培无性系后代遗传基础受到深刻影响,包括小孢子形成和发育的全过程.
In this experiment, IE515 plants of the progenies of embryo culture of IE8515-28 (77 (2) spring) were used as material to observe pollen grain fertility of the offspring of plants. The results show. The progenies and fruiting of unripe embryos in vitro were all normal, however, malformed pollen grains such as vacuole, small and many germination holes were found in the fertility observation of mature pollen grains. And different strains of different types of abnormal pollen accounted for a different percentage. Explain the genetic basis of progenies of embryo culture is deeply affected, including the whole process of microspore formation and development.
