法国的科技成果在世界上占有重要地位。然而法国企业在国际上却缺乏竞争能力。为改变这一状况,法国政府采取了一系列促进企业科技活动的政策和措施。其中主要的有:增加企业科技开支,调整科研投资结构;制订税收信贷政策;设立支持企业科研的国家机构;制订地区研究与技术开发政策;采取提高企业科技力量的有关措施。上述政策和措施对于提高法国企业的竞争力起了重要作用。
France’s scientific and technological achievements occupy an important position in the world. However, French companies lack international competitiveness. In order to change this situation, the French government has adopted a series of policies and measures to promote corporate science and technology activities. The major ones are: increasing corporate technology spending, adjusting the structure of scientific research investment; formulating taxation credit policies; establishing state agencies that support corporate scientific research; formulating regional research and technology development policies; and adopting relevant measures to increase corporate technological strength. The above policies and measures have played an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of French companies.
