目的了解德州市医务人员吸烟和控烟知识知晓情况,探索其影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2015年8月,采用分层整群抽样的方法对德州市7家二级及以上医院和20家基层卫生院的2 157名医务人员进行问卷调查;采用Epidata 3.1建立数据库,采用SPSS 19.0进行数据分析。结果调查2 157人,收回有效问卷2124份,有效率98.47%。德州市医务人员总吸烟率为8.19%,男性吸烟率为31.68%,女性为0.06%(P<0.01);二级及以上医院男性医务人员的吸烟率为20.54%,基层医院男性医务人员的吸烟率为11.22%(P<0.05);临床医生、行政后勤人员、医技人员的吸烟率分别为15.22%、24.79%、34.09%,(P<0.01);二级以上医院医务人员控烟知识知晓率为61.09%,基层卫生院医务人员控烟知识知晓率为48.92%(P<0.05);临床医生的控烟知识知晓率为61.57%,医技人员的控烟知识知晓率为57.35%,行政及后勤人员的控烟知识知晓率为52.10%(P<0.05);控烟知识知晓率20~30岁最高,为64.43%。结论男性医务人员吸烟率高,控烟知识差。
Objective To understand the knowledge of smoking and tobacco control among medical staffs in Dezhou and to explore the influencing factors so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of targeted interventions. Methods By stratified cluster sampling method, 2 157 medical staff from 7 secondary hospitals and secondary hospitals in Dezhou city and 20 primary health care hospitals were surveyed by questionnaire in August 2015. A database was established by using Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 19.0 data analysis. Results A total of 2 157 people were investigated, 2124 valid questionnaires were returned, and the effective rate was 98.47%. The total smoking rate of medical personnel in Dezhou was 8.19%, the male smoking rate was 31.68% and the female was 0.06% (P <0.01). The smoking rate of male medical staff in secondary and above hospitals was 20.54%. The smoking prevalence of male medical staff in primary hospitals (11.22%, P <0.05). The smoking rates of clinicians, administrative staff and medical technicians were 15.22%, 24.79% and 34.09% respectively (P <0.01) (61.09%). The rate of tobacco control knowledge among primary health care workers was 48.92% (P <0.05), that of clinicians was 61.57%, that of medical technicians was 57.35%, and that of administrative staff and logistics staff The awareness rate of tobacco control knowledge was 52.10% (P <0.05), and that of tobacco control knowledge was the highest at 20 ~ 30 years old (64.43%). Conclusion Male medical staff have high smoking rates and poor knowledge of tobacco control.
