Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. will provide better service to its corporate customers in the coming year, and the company will launch a notebook service plan called On.Call Global Network. As part of this plan to be implemented by next month, Toshiba will launch a global call center and an expanded network of notebook machines to handle remediation efforts and services, including on-line data backup.
