对服用西沙比利的15例非溃疡性消化不良（NUD）患者应用WCDF型胃电图仪进行治疗前后观察，发现西沙比利能增加胃电活动的频率，使异常的频率指标恢复正常（P＜0．01），而对正常的频率指标无明显影响；且不增加胃电振幅强度，对平均振幅影响不大（P＞0．05），患者临床症状得以改善，总有效率93．33％。
Fifteen patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) who took cisapride were observed before and after treatment with WCDF type electrogastrograph and found that cisapride increased the frequency of gastric electrical activity and restored the abnormal frequency index (P <0.01), but had no significant effect on the normal frequency index; and did not increase the amplitude of gastric electrical amplitude, and had little effect on the average amplitude (P> 0.05). The clinical symptoms were improved with a total effective rate of 93.33 %.
