探讨stark新式剖宫产术的特点。方法：对1998年10月～1999年3月行新式剖宫产手术48例患者的手术时间、出血量、术后恢复、拆线时间与48例行传统剖宫产手术患者进行比较。结果：两组在手术时间、手术开始至胎儿娩出时间，术中出血量等均存在显著性差异。结论：新式剖宫产术具有手术时间短、术中出血少、组织损伤小、手术程序简单、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点。
To investigate the characteristics of stark new cesarean section. Methods: Forty-eight patients undergoing new cesarean section from October 1998 to March 1999 underwent operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative recovery, and stitching time compared with 48 patients undergoing traditional cesarean section. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the operation time, the time from the start of operation to the delivery of the fetus and the amount of bleeding during the operation. Conclusion: The new cesarean section has the advantages of short operative time, less intraoperative bleeding, less tissue damage, simple procedure, shorter hospital stay and faster postoperative recovery.
