目的:优选复方鹿角颗粒的成型工艺条件。方法:以吸湿率、成型率、流动性、溶解性及颗粒外观为综合指标,通过单因素试验筛选辅料种类及用量;采用L9(34)正交试验,以颗粒成型率为指标,考察设备水平速度、压轴转速、预压力对干法制粒工艺的影响。结果:浸膏粉与辅料最佳配比为浸膏粉84.5%,糊精12%,乳糖3%,微粉硅胶0.5%;最佳工艺参数为垂直速度10 r.min-1,水平速度30 r.min-1,压辊转速4 r.min-1,预设压力6 MPa。结论:该处方颗粒的成型率高,抗吸湿性强,溶解性好,颗粒颜色均匀;优选的成型工艺简单、方便、可行,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the processing conditions of Compound Antler Granules. Methods: According to single factor test, the types and dosage of auxiliary materials were screened by the moisture absorption rate, forming rate, fluidity, solubility and particle appearance. Using L9 (34) orthogonal test, the particle formation rate Effect of Speed, Finale Rotational Speed and Pre-pressure on Dry Granulation Process. Results: The optimal ratio of extract powder and excipients was 84.5% of extract powder, 12% of dextrin, 3% of lactose and 0.5% of fine silica gel. The optimum process parameters were vertical velocity 10 r.min-1, horizontal velocity 30 r min-1, roller speed 4 r.min-1, the default pressure of 6 MPa. Conclusion: The formulation of the granules has high forming rate, strong anti-hygroscopicity, good solubility and uniform particle color. The preferred forming process is simple, convenient and feasible, suitable for industrialized production.
