苏东剧变的主要原因在于苏共上层的精英自掘,苏共在现代化转型中的失败,最终导致亡党亡国悲剧的发生。中国执政党同样面临着现代化的困境,如何发掘合法性资源,顺利进行现代化转型,对党和国家的前途命运具有重大意义。
