微量元素可通过岩石、土壤、食物进入人体。目前,从内环境着手,研究环境、粮食作物的微量元素分布与人体营养或疾病的关系已被注目,成为地理化学、营养卫生及流行病工作者共同关心的问题。在国内,已有部分资料说明在大骨节病病区,粮食含硒量偏低。为了进一步探讨粮食作物与人体组织的含硒量及大骨节病三者之间的关系,我们于1977~1978年在甘肃省部分地区进行了测试及分析,现简要报导如下。
Trace elements through the rocks, soil, food into the body. At present, from the internal environment, the research environment, the distribution of trace elements in food crops and human nutrition or disease has attracted attention and has become a common concern of geography chemistry, nutrition, health and epidemiology workers. In China, there are some data indicating that in Kashin-Beck disease wards, the content of selenium in grains is low. In order to further explore the relationship between the selenium content of food crops and human tissues and Kashin-Beck disease, we conducted some tests and analyzes in some areas of Gansu Province from 1977 to 1978.
