随着经济的快速发展和社会分工的细化,很多高校对实验教学进行了探索和改革。笔者所在学院将人才培养模式改革作为“教学质量工程”的突破口,确立了以“弘扬服务地方的优良传统,培育德高技强的实用人才”为主的办学理念。根据这一办学理念,新的人才培养方案重点加强了实验、见习、实习等实践教学环节,理论与实践比达到了1∶1,突出了对学生实践能力的培养。实践课教学效果的好坏在很大程度上取决于学生的参与程度,如果不能激发学生主动学习的积极性,仅仅靠实验课课时的大幅
With the rapid economic development and social division of labor, many colleges and universities to explore and reform experimental teaching.
