提出有四种因素对成品油顺序输送时的混油量产生影响 :即初始混油 ,流速变化、粘度差异 ,密度和停输的影响。本文认为 ,短管初始混油量比长管大 ;流速变化或管截面发生变化时会加大混油量 ;多种油品顺序输送时粘度相差大的油品相邻尤其是高粘度油在前 ,低粘度油在后的方法会增大混油量 ;不同密度的油品在崎岖不平管段尤其高密度油品在上 ,低密度油品在下时混油量会增大 ;停输时大口径管的混油会有明显增加。文章认为 ,用平行的两条小口径管和管道保持相同流速比用一条大口径管输送不同油品时混油量可以大幅度降低。在文章的最后 ,提出采用隔离措施是减小混油的有效手段并提出三种常见的隔离方法及处理混油的方法。
It is proposed that there are four factors that influence the amount of oil mixed when the product is delivered in sequence: initial mixing, changes in flow rate, differences in viscosity, density, and effects of shut down. This paper argues that the initial mixing of short pipe is larger than that of the long pipe. When the flow rate changes or the section of pipe changes, the amount of mixed oil will be increased. The oil with large difference in viscosity Before and after the method of low viscosity oil will increase the amount of mixed oil; different density of oil in the bumpy pipe especially high-density oil in the low-density oil in the next will increase the amount of mixed oil; Caliber tube of mixed oil will be significantly increased. The article argues that it is possible to reduce the amount of oil mixed with two large diameter pipes and pipes in parallel while maintaining the same flow rate than when using a large diameter pipe to convey different oil products. At the end of the article, it is proposed that the use of isolation measures is an effective way to reduce the mixing of oil and proposes three common isolation methods and methods to deal with mixed oil.
