刻于清康熙二十一年(1682年),岁次壬戍孟冬。真书,邓霖题,卜世镌。碑为竖形,圆顶,方座,高159厘米,宽69厘米。按文字,碑文分为五段刻。第一段:从右向左,刻字5行,每行10字,先录文如下:东岳太灵苍光司命真君南岳庆华紫光注生真君中岳黄元大光合真真君西岳紫光耀魄大明真君北岳郁微洞渊无极真君第二段:分别介绍了东岳和北岳。东岳泰山,是天帝之孙,群灵之府。在兖州奉符县,是成头公真人得道之处。长白、梁父
Engraved in the Qing Emperor Kangxi twenty-one years (1682), years of garrison Meng Dong. True book, Deng Lin title, Bu Shi Juan. Monument for the vertical, dome, square seat, 159 cm high, 69 cm wide. According to the text, the inscription is divided into five sections engraved.
