本文分析地概述了测定压力加工过程的外摩擦和滑移的各种方法,并提出和研究了“具有分截面组合式测力仪”。这个完全新的仪器可以直接测量任何形式压力加工过程的外摩擦及滑移等因数,如异型工具来锻造异型锻件的锻压过程,冲压过程,拉拔过程,挤压过程和辊轧过程等。 用在研究辊轧过程的具有分截面的组合式测力仪可以直接测量:1)在前滑区和后滑区的总的摩擦力;2)摩擦系数;3)摩擦力在变形区内分布曲线;4)中性角γ;5)粘着区的存在与否及其边界;6)纯轧制力矩及合力作用点(φ)等。 此仪器给研究压力加工过程及塑性理论提供了具有万能性的方法,可以研究很多的现象及规律。
This paper presents an overview of various methods of measuring external friction and slippage during the press working process, and presents the “combined force gauge with sub-section”. This completely new instrument allows direct measurement of external friction and slip factors in any form of press working such as forging, forging, stamping, drawing and rolling of profiled forged tools. The combined dynamometer with a partial section used in the study of the rolling process can directly measure: 1) the total friction in the front and rear sliding zones; 2) the friction coefficient; 3) the distribution of friction in the deformation zone Curve; 4) neutral angle γ; 5) presence or absence of adhesion area and its boundary; 6) pure rolling torque and resultant force point (φ) and so on. This instrument provides a versatile method of studying pressure-machining processes and plasticity theories and can study many phenomena and laws.
