采用流动注射-等离子体原子发射光谱(FI—ICP—AES)反相标准加入法(也称内插法)对中药漏芦中多种微量元素进行同时测定。对FI和ICP—AES的工作条件进行了试验,提出了优化条件下的测定方法。该法用于中药漏芦中的多种微量元素Fe、Cu、Mn、Cr和Ni的同时测定,分析结果满意,方法具有操作简单,消除基体效应,消耗试样少,精密度和准确度好以及分析效率较高等优点,为中草药中多种微量元素同时测定提供了一个快捷、实用的新方法。
